Gerry’s and Conrad’s combined 70 years plus experience in the investment industry has taught them that meeting client needs isn’t enough, you have to exceed their expectations.
We hail from small town eastern Ontario, where every individual is treated as an equal. A phone call to our offices between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. is usually taken in person. We answer client inquiries personally and “800 inquiry lines” are only a compliment to our service commitment, not the only aspect of it. The companies we deal with on your behalf understand that we answer inquiries same day, so we expect our inquiries to be handled in the same fashion and most are.
Our largest employee benefit account which we have served since 2002 was taken away from The Largest Benefit Consulting HR Firm in Canada. Biggest is sometimes not the best! This group wanted lower commissions, same day service and personal attention and that's what we deliver. The staff that answer our calls answer questions, they don't take messages!
In addition, our professional affiliations allow us to deliver numerous ancillary services to our clientele, be it in the fields of accounting, legal, retail, etc... We have worked with accountants from Canada's 5 biggest firms to local book keepers.
Our ultimate goal is not only to assist our clientele in meeting their goals and objectives but to enhance their service experience and to surpass their expectations in delivering these services.
